Brake Pedal

Removing

- Remove the instrument panel trim panel in the footwell on the driver side.

- If present, remove the crash bolsters.

- If present, remove the knee airbag.

- Disconnect brake pedal from brake booster. Refer to => [ Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating and Connecting ] Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating and Connecting.

- Remove the threaded connection - arrows - from the brake pedal - 1 -.






- Remove the brake pedal.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Clip the brake pedal to the brake booster. Refer to => [ Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating and Connecting ] Brake Pedal and Brake Booster, Separating and Connecting.
