Interior Monitoring Sensor (G273) with Vehicle Inclination Sensor (G384)

The interior monitoring sensor and vehicle inclination sensor are inside the front interior lamp in the roof trim panel.

Removal

When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic wedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove front interior light. Refer to => [ Front Interior Lamp (W1) ] Front Interior Lamp (W1).

- Open the center retainer and remove the vehicle inclination sensor - 1 -. Pay attention to the wires still connected.






- Pull the red wire - 3 - out of its retainers.

- Remove the sensor - 2 -.

- Move both sensors - 4 - upward and remove them from their retainers toward the inside.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.
