Update Programming to Eliminate DTC P050A Stored in ECM Fault Memory

Customers may complain of a MIL ON condition, which is caused by DTC P050A.

DO NOT replace any parts for this condition.

The condition as described does not affect vehicle performance or operation.

Improved software was introduced in production.

Update Programming Procedure:





^ Update the Engine Control Module using the SVM action code as listed in the table.
