Ashtray or Storage Compartment Housing

If the ashtray or storage compartment housing is defective - 1 -, then it can be replaced only one time. Replacing the center console cover is not required.






- Remove the center console cover. Refer to => [ Center Console Cover ] Center Console Cover

- Remove the buttons in the center console storage compartment.

Vehicles with Ashtray

- Remove the bulb for the front ashtray illumination.

- Remove the cigarette lighter (U1).

Vehicles with Storage Compartment

- Remove the 12 V outlet; removing is identical to removing the Cigarette Lighter (U1).

Exchanging the ashtray or storage compartment is identical to replacing the rear cup holder. Refer to => [ Rear Cup Holder ] Rear Cup Holder

Install in reverse order of removal.
