Sun Roof Assembly Removal and Installation

Sun Roof Components

Removal

1) Remove roof lining. Service and Repair
2) Remove sun roof glass. Service and Repair
3) Disconnect drain hoses (1) connected to sun roof assembly at 4 locations.





4) Disconnect sun roof motor connector (1).





5) Remove 1 nut (1), and then remove console box mounting bracket (2) while releasing the locks (3).
6) Remove 7 nuts (4) and 2 bolts (5), and then remove sun roof assembly (6).






Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.

- Connect drain hoses (1) to sun roof assembly at 4 locations. Clamp drain hoses by clamps (2) securely.




















- Initialize sun roof motor. Programming and Relearning
- After reinstalling sun roof assembly, be sure to perform glass adjustment. Adjustments
