Removal

WIPER / WASHER: WASHER MOTOR (for Front Side): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Removal

2. REMOVE CENTER HOOD CUSHION Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER Removal

4. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

(a) Remove the 3 screws.





(b) Detach the 9 clips and remove the front fender liner RH.





6. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

(a) Disconnect the washer hose from the hose of the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.





7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the clip.





(b) w/o Rear Wiper System:

(1) Disconnect the connector and 2 clamps.





(2) Disconnect the washer hose from the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(3) Remove the 4 screws and windshield washer jar.

(c) w/o Leveling Warning Switch:

(1) Disconnect the 2 connectors and 2 clamps.





(2) Disconnect the 2 washer hoses from the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(3) Remove the 4 screws and windshield washer jar.

(d) w/ Leveling Warning Switch:

(1) Disconnect the 3 connectors and 2 clamps.





(2) Disconnect the 2 washer hoses from the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(3) Remove the 4 screws and windshield washer jar.

8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the washer motor and pump from the packing of the washer jar.
