EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER





(a) Remove the 6 clips and radiator support opening cover.

2. REMOVE CENTER HOOD CUSHION





(a) Remove the 2 center hood cushions.

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the pin hold clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for both pin hold clips.

(b) Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

(c) Remove the 10 screws and 3 clips.

(d) Detach the 10 claws and remove the front bumper cover.

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





(a) Remove the front bumper energy absorber.

5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Detach the 4 clamps.

(b) Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH





(a) Remove the screw and bolt.

(b) Using a clip remover, detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper side support.

Tape the clip remover tip before use.
