Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

2. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

(a) Place butyl tape in the center of the wire harness marking.

HINT
Place the tape so that it does not protrude outside of the wire harness marking.

(b) Align the standard taping area of the No. 1 roof wire with the roof headlining and wrap tape around the 2 parts to fix the No. 1 roof wire in place.

HINT
Wrap the tape around the parts 2 times or more.

(c) Attach the No. 1 roof wire to the butyl tape.

HINT
Attach the No. 1 roof wire so that it does not protrude outside the wire harness marking and is securely attached along the entire length of the wire harness marking.

(d) Attach each piece of tape to fix the No. 1 roof wire in place.

3. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD LH (w/o Sliding Roof)





(a) Align the roof headlining pad with the markings on the roof headlining and install the roof headlining pad to the position shown in the illustration using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape.

4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD RH (w/o Sliding Roof)

HINT
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF PANEL PAD (w/o Sliding Roof)





HINT
Use the same procedure for the other No. 1 roof panel pad.

(a) Align the No. 1 roof panel pad with the markings on the roof headlining and install the No. 1 roof panel pad to the position shown in the illustration using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape.

6. INSTALL REAR ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Sliding Roof)





(a) Align the rear roof silencer pad with the markings on the roof headlining and install the rear roof silencer pad to the position shown in the illustration using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape.

7. INSTALL NO. 4 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Sliding Roof)





(a) Align the No. 4 roof silencer pad with the markings on the roof headlining and install the No. 4 roof silencer pad to the position shown in the illustration using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape.
