Unplug the connector:
^ D+ on the generator (2)













^ Connect a jumper lead to a good ground.





^ Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.





^ The charging lamp should light up.

Is the function correct?

NO ^ Checking the Lead

YES ^ Continue with Grounding, Charging Lamp.





Repair or replace terminal D+ on the generator.
