Checking The Lead





Unplug the connector:
-Main instrument unit 20-pin connector (540)









^ Connect a test lamp to B+ and pin 3 of the MIU (K20).





^ Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.













^ Connect a jumper lead between terminal D+ and a good ground.





^ The test lamp should light.

Is the function correct?

NO ^ Rectifying the Lead

YES ^ Changing Components
