Sunroof Glass Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Slide the sunshade fully rearward.
2. Position the sunroof window in the vent position.
3. Remove the sunroof window screws on both sides.
4. Remove the sunroof glass from the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the sunroof glass to the module, ensure that the information/logo stencil is towards the rear of the opening.
2. Loosely install the sunroof window screws.
3. Adjust the sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Panel Vertical Adjustment. Adjustments

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the window screws.

Tighten
Tighten the sunroof window screws to 4 N.m (36 lb in).

5. Open and close the sunroof window to recheck the fit and operation of the window.
