With Scan Tool

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES CHECK

1. Turn the ignition key to the "LOCK" position.





2. Connect the Scan tool to the data link connector located at the right side of the junction block.

Caution: Make certain that the ignition switch is at OFF when the scan tool is connected or disconnected.

3. If the scan tool cannot communicate with any of the system, perform TEST 1. Test 1 - No Communication Between Scan Tool and SRS-ECU
4. Start the SRS diagnosis, by conducting TEST 2 Test 2 - SRS Warning Light Does Not Extinguish or TEST 3 Test 3 - SRS Warning Light Does Not Illuminate
