Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
2. Verify that the selector lever is in PARK.
3. Without the brake pedal being applied, verify that the selector lever cannot be shifted from PARK.
4. Apply the brake pedal. Verify that the selector lever can be shifted from PARK.
5. Shift the selector lever to REVERSE.
6. Verify that the ignition switch cannot be turned to the LOCK position.
7. Shift the selector lever to PARK.
8. Verify that the ignition switch can be turned to the LOCK position.
