- Key Off.

- Disconnect PCM from vehicle harness.

NOTE: This erases continuous memory, and sets the P1000 code.

- Measure the resistance from SPOUT jack to PWR GND jack.

- Measure the resistance from SPOUT jack to VPWR jack.

- Is each resistance greater than 10K ohms?

Yes -- GO to Z174. Z174

No -- GO to Z183. Z183
