- Is engine timing greater than 15 degrees BTDC when the diagnostic harness SPOUT button is released?

YES -- Ignition System is OK. REFER to Symptom Flowcharts for further symptom diagnosis. Testing and Inspection

NO -- Advance spark fault. GO to MC4. MC4 - Check Spout at ICM - KOER
