VPWR3 - VPWR Wire From Main Relay to PCM

- Key OFF.

- Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

- Remove the main relay.

- Measure the resistance of the VPWR wire between BOB Test Pin VPWR and the VPWR terminal on the main relay harness connector in the main fuse panel.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes -- Go to VPWR4. VPWR4 - Ground at Main Relay

No -- Service the VPWR wire.
