Spark Plug Tube Seal - Valve Cover: Service and Repair

Removing and installing spark plug shaft seals

1) Remove cylinder head cover Service and Repair

2) Use a screwdriver to press out spark plug recess seal

CAUTION! Do not damage mounting hole

3) Clean Mounting hole

4) Use drift (#111 589 04 15 00) to knock in spark plug shaft seal as far as the stop

5) Install in the reverse order
