SEAT: FRONT SEATBACK HEATER: INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.





NOTICE:
* Be careful not to damage the cover.
* When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

2. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH Reassembly

3. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (except 5-Passenger with Ottoman) Reassembly

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH Reassembly

5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

6. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH Reassembly

8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front seat assembly Installation.

11. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.

12. CHECK FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Check the power seat operation Operation Check.

(b) Check the climate control seat system Operation Check.
