Removal





CELLULAR COMMUNICATION: TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
* w/ Navigation System (for HDD):
After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:





* When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

(a) for Standard Body:

Remove the roof headlining Removal.

(b) for Long Body:

Remove the roof headlining Removal.

3. REMOVE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA





(a) Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 antenna cord connectors.

(b) Detach the 2 claws and remove the protector.





(c) Disconnect the 2 connectors.





(d) Remove the antenna nut.





(e) Detach the 2 claws and remove the telephone antenna.
