AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER (for 1UR-FSE): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

2. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair

3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Removal

4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal

5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Removal

7. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

10. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER Removal

12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Removal

13. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Removal

14. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) Removal

15. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER Removal

16. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY Removal

18. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT Removal

19. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

20. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER HOSE Removal

21. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE Removal

22. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE Removal

23. REMOVE LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the liquid tube sub-assembly A from the cooler condenser.





(b) Remove the O-ring from the liquid tube.

NOTICE:
Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

24. REMOVE DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the cooler condenser.





(b) Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.

NOTICE:
Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

25. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and cooler condenser.
