SEAT: AIR HOSE (for Ottoman): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL AIR HOSE






(a) Attach the 2 claws and install the air hose.
(b) Install the 2 hose clamps and bolt.






(c) Install the 2 hose clamps and connect the air hose connector.

6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation

7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler) Installation

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 2 TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler) Installation

10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH Installation

12. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Installation

13. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation

14. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation

15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

16. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) w/ Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
(b) w/o Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
17. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH Installation

18. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH Installation

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Installation

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH Installation

21. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
22. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation

23. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Installation

24. INSTALL REAR SEAT CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Installation

25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH Installation

27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH Installation

28. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
29. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation

30. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

31. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
