AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT (for Rear Side): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION





1. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the cooling unit with the 4 bolts.
(b) Connect the clamp and 2 connectors.






2. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the duct.






3. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.






4. INSTALL NO. 4 AIR DUCT REAR
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.






5. INSTALL NO. 5 AIR DUCT REAR
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the duct.






6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.






7. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT RH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the duct.
(b) Install the clip.
8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH Installation

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY RH Installation

10. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE Installation

11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT Installation

12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT NO. 1 LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

13. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH Installation

14. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH Installation

15. INSTALL ROPE HOOK Installation

16. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Installation

17. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

18. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)
(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the cover.
19. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
(a) w/ Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
(b) w/o Rear Sunshade:
Install the package tray trim panel Installation.
20. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
21. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the roof side garnish inner Installation.
22. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
23. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear seat side garnish Installation.
24. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
25. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
(a) for Short Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
(b) for Long Body:
Install the rear door scuff plate Installation.
26. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
27. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
28. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Type)
(a) Install the rear seat assembly Installation.
29. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY





(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the tube.
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
(b) Install the 2 O-rings on the tube.
(c) Install the 2 tubes with the 2 bolts
Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)






(d) Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.
30. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
31. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation

32. ADD COMPRESSOR OIL Service and Repair

33. CHARGE REFRIGERANT
34. WARM UP ENGINE
35. CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT Service and Repair

36. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
37. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
