Removal

PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: ULTRASONIC SENSOR:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the sensor connector.






(b) Remove the sensor retainer as shown in the illustration.
(c) Remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor from the front bumper.
4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER
5. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
6. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
7. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Removal

9. REMOVE ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE ROPE HOOK Removal

11. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Removal

12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Removal

13. REMOVE SIDE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER Removal

14. DISCONNECT LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE Removal

15. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE Removal

16. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY Removal

17. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the sensor connector.






(b) Remove the sensor retainer as shown in the illustration.
(c) Remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor from the rear bumper.
18. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the sensor connector.






(b) Remove the sensor retainer as shown in the illustration.
(c) Remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor from the rear bumper.
