Engine Oil Cooler - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the cooling system.




3. Remove the air cleaner assembly (2)Air Cleaner Body - Removal.

4. Remove the coolant reservoir and hoses.




5. Remove the charge air cooler hose between turbocharger and cooler (4).
6. Remove the turbocharger (3) Turbocharger - Removal.





7. Remove the intake manifold (4)Intake Manifold - Removal





8. Remove the engine oil cooler.
