Engine Oil Cooler - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Clean all engine mating surfaces.
2. Position the oil cooler and gasket. Install the fasteners and tighten to 10.8 Nm (96 in. lbs.).





3. Install the intake manifold (4)Intake Manifold - Installation.





4. Install the turbocharger (3)Turbocharger - Installation.
5. Install the charge air hose (4).

6. Install coolant reservoir and hoses.
7. Install air cleaner assembly Air Cleaner Body - Installation.
8. Fill the coolant system
9. Connect the negative battery cable
10. Start engine, run until warm, turn the engine off, and inspect for leaks.
