Front Bumper - Removal

REMOVAL

PEDESTRIAN PROTECTION REINFORCEMENT





NOTE: BUX vehicles only.

1. Remove the fascia assembly, Front Bumper Fascia - Removal
2. Remove the two fasteners (1) securing the pedestrain protection reinforcement (3) to the front bumper reinforcement.
3. Lift the pedestrain protection reinforcement (3) up and out to disengage the hooks (2) from the front bumper reinforcement.
4. Remove the pedestrain protection reinforcement (3).

BUMPER REINFORCEMENT





1. Remove fascia assembly,Front Bumper Fascia - Removal
2. Drill out the four spot welds (2 per side) between the bumper bracket and rail end cap (1).
3. Remove the eight screws (4 per side) and remove the bumper.
