Hydraulic Lines - Installation

INSTALLATION

LEFT SIDE HYDRAULIC LINES





1. At the hydraulic cylinder, insert the line end and slide the retaining clamp around the line end.
2. Install the hall effect to the cylinder.





3. Position the hydraulic line in trunk and clip (1) the line into he trunk area.
4. Install the line into the retaining plate at the pump.
5. Install the bolts to the line retaining plate.










NOTE: The hydraulic system uses ARAL VITAMOL ZH-M fluid. When replacing components or topping off system due to leak, make sure to use only approved fluid. When adding fluid Water Leak Test .

6. Close the pump valve (3) by turning it clockwise (2).
7. Install the spare tire cover/floor of the trunk.
8. Install the trunk side trim.
9. Install the rear trunk trim.
10. Connect the battery negative cable.
11. Close the decklid.

RIGHT SIDE HYDRAULIC LINES





1. At the hydraulic cylinder (3), insert the line (1) and slide the retaining clamp (2) around the line end.





2. Position the hydraulic line in trunk and clip (1) the line into he trunk area.
3. Install the line into the retaining plate at the pump.
4. Install the bolts to the line retaining plate.










NOTE: The hydraulic system uses ARAL VITAMOL ZH-M fluid. When replacing components or topping off system due to leak, make sure to use only approved fluid. When adding fluid Water Leak Test .
