41 62 519 - Removing and installing/replacing left or right hinge for rear lid

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear lid Removing and Installing Rear Lid
- Remove tension spring Removing and Installing/Replacing Left Tension Spring for Rear Lid
- Remove panel for parcel shelf 51 46 006 - Removing and installing/replacing trim for rear parcel shelf
- M5 only (hinge on right only):
Remove Bowden cable





Open screw connections (1) on car.
Remove hinge.

Installation:
Adjust rear lid on basis of E60 body gap dimensions .
