Rear Spoiler Assembly Overview

• After painting, the spoiler of the TT RS is assembled from the components shown in the assembly overview.

• The spoiler is not designed for disassembly.






1 Connector housing

• Adhered to the spoiler base plate

• For bridging the extendable spoiler connector

2 Nut

• Quantity: 9

• 2 Nm

3 Sealing cord

• Replacing

• Secure to the spoiler lower part with instant adhesive (AMV 195 KD 101)

• Process the ends without a joint

4 Nut

• Quantity: 2

• 2 Nm

5 Spoiler base plate

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Spoiler ] Spoiler

• Assembly, refer to => [ Spoiler, Assembling ] Spoiler, Assembling

6 Right cover cap

• Secure with double-sided adhesive tape

7 Spoiler center part

• Assembly, refer to => [ Spoiler, Assembling ] Spoiler, Assembling

8 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Short, straight

• Quantity: 2

9 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Ring-shaped

• Quantity: 3

10 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Angle piece

• Quantity: 2

11 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Front

12 Foil

• Transparent

13 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Rear

14 Double-sided adhesive tape

• Long, straight

15 Upper part of spoiler

• Insert with locking compound; locking compound, refer to electronic parts catalog.

• 7 Nm

21 Left cover cap

• Secure with double-sided adhesive tape
