ATF Pipe and ATF Cooler Overview







ATF Pipe and ATF Cooler Overview






1 Bolt

10 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

2 Bolt

8 Nm

3 Clip

Make sure it fits securely

4 ATF Cooler

Removing and installing, refer to => [ ATF Pipes and ATF Cooler ] ATF Pipes and ATF Cooler.

5 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

6 Clamping Pins

For the ATF pipes

7 Bolt

8 ATF Pipes

9 Union Nuts

10 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

11 Thermostat

12 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

13 Bolt

8 Nm

14 ATF Pipes

15 Bolt

M6: 8 Nm

M8: 20 Nm

16 Bolt

20 Nm

Insert the pipe all the way by hand before tightening

17 O-rings

Replace

Coat with ATF

Mounting ATF Pipes to the ATF Cooler





I - Mounting with Clamping Joint:

- Replace the O-rings and coat them with ATF.

- Insert the ATF pipe all the way into the ATF cooler by hand and then tighten.

- Tighten the bolts - 1 - to 10 Nm.

II - Mounting with Threaded Connection:

- Replace the O-rings and coat them with ATF.

- Insert the ATF pipe all the way into the ATF cooler by hand and then tighten

- Tighten the union nuts - 2 - to 20 Nm.
