1 Air Intake Section with Filter

2 Intake Line

3 Bolt

• 20 Nm

4 Bracket

5 Rubber Bushing

• Replace only as complete unit

6 Air Supply Unit, Upper Section

• Air supply unit without solenoid valve block, removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit without Solenoid Valve Block ] Air Supply Unit Without Solenoid Valve Block

• Air supply unit with solenoid valve block, removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit with Solenoid Valve Block ] Air Supply Unit With Solenoid Valve Block

• Air supply unit upper section, removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit Upper Section ] Air Supply Unit Upper Section

• If the air supply unit is being replaced, then the level control system compressor relay (J403) must also be replaced.

7 Air Line

• Between solenoid valve block and air supply unit

8 Bolt

• 5 Nm

• Always replace if removed

9 Solenoid Valve Block

• Remove in order to replace air supply unit

• Air supply unit with solenoid valve block, removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit with Solenoid Valve Block ] Air Supply Unit With Solenoid Valve Block

10 Connector Piece

• 3 Nm

• Clean line connection before loosening

• Air escapes when connections are unscrewed

• Protect threaded connection from dirt

11 O-ring

• Always replace if removed

12 Piston Ring

13 Rubber Bushing

• Replace only as complete unit

14 Bolt

• 9 Nm

15 Bracket

16 Bolt

• 4 Nm

17 Connector Piece

• 3 Nm

• Clean line connection before loosening

• Air escapes when connections are unscrewed

• Protect threaded connection from dirt

• 9 Nm

• Air supply unit with solenoid valve block, removing and installing, refer to => [ Air Supply Unit with Solenoid Valve Block ] Air Supply Unit With Solenoid Valve Block
