3rd Row Seat Belt

Removing

- Remove the luggage compartment side trim. Refer to => [ Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel Overview ] Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel Overview.

- Remove the D-pillar trim. Refer to => [ D-Pillar Trim Overview ] D-Pillar Trim Overview.

- Remove the belt extraction panel from the D-pillar trim in order to thread out the belt webbing. Refer to => [ Seat Belt Extraction Panel ] Seat Belt Extraction Panel

- Remove belt relay from body.

- Remove belt roller screw.

- Remove belt roller.

Installation






- Engage hook - arrow A - from belt roller - 1 - in body cut-out - arrow B -.

- Tighten belt roller screw to the specification.

If seat belt is being removed for accident repairs, replace screw.

- Install the seat belt relay to the body. Place spacer ring => [ (Item 9) Spacer ring ] 3rd Row Seat Belt Assembly Overview between belt relay and body.

• If belt relay is being removed for accident repairs, replace screw.

• Belt relay must swing by itself in carrier direction after tightening screw.

Further installation is performed in reverse sequence of removal, but observe the following:

- Ensure seat belt is not obstructed by wires, insulation, etc.
