Rear Air Guide Channel/Footwell Vent on Left and Right

Removal






• The figure shows the left side.

- Remove the rear air guide channel. Refer to => [ Rear Air Guide Channel ] Rear Air Guide Channel.

- Remove the floor covering.

- If present, remove the rear footwell vent temperature sensor. Refer to => [ Left/Right Rear Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor (G637)/(G638) ] Left/Right Rear Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor (G637)/(G638).

- Detach the rear footwell vent - 2 - from the locking mechanism - 1 - on the body.

- Remove the rear footwell vent from the air guide channel - 3 - - arrow -.

- Expose the wiring harness.






- Loosen the air guide channel - 1 - from the retainer - 2,3 -.

- Remove the air guide from the air distribution housing - arrow -.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order, observe the following:

- Install the rear footwell vent temperature sensor. Refer to => [ Left/Right Rear Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor (G637)/(G638) ] Left/Right Rear Footwell Vent Temperature Sensor (G637)/(G638).

- Install the floor covering.

- Install the rear air guide channel. Refer to => [ Rear Air Guide Channel ] Rear Air Guide Channel.
