Lower Rear Lid Trim

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Wedges (T10383)

Removing






- Remove the rear shelf rear section. Refer to => [ Rear Shelf Rear Section ] Rear Shelf Rear Section.

- Remove the rear lid lock trim. Refer to => [ Rear Lid Latch Trim Panel ] Rear Lid Latch Trim Panel.

- Remove the rear lid lock button in luggage compartment (E406).

- Open the cover - 1 -, remove the emergency triangle and the bolts - 2 - underneath it.

- Unclip the lower rear lid trim panel - 3 - all the way around using the wedge (T10383) - arrows -.

- Reach between the rear lid trim panel and unclip the remaining clips.

- Remove the lower rear lid trim panel.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
