1 NOx Reduction Catalytic Converter

2 Gasket

• Replace

• Note installation position

3 Clamp

• Replace

• 7 Nm

• Installed location, refer to => [ Clamps, Installed Position on Exhaust System ] Clamps, Installed Position on Exhaust System

4 Exhaust Flap Control Module (J883)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Flap Control Module ] Service and Repair

5 Reduction Catalytic Converter

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Reduction Catalytic Converter ] Reduction Catalytic Converter

6 Center Muffler

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Center Muffler Assembly Overview ] Center Muffler Assembly Overview

7 Clamping Sleeve

• Note installation position, refer to => [ Clamps, Installed Position on Exhaust System ] Clamps, Installed Position on Exhaust System

8 Nut

• 23 Nm

Seal between the Exhaust Flap Control Module (J883) and NOx Reservoir or Reduction Catalytic Converter Installed Position.

- Insert the seal - 2 - and the angled tab - B - into the notch - A - on the NOx reservoir or reduction catalytic converter - 1 -.





- Insert the exhaust flap manifold - 3 - with the retaining tab - C - in the notch - A -.
