3 Right Idler Roller Cover

4 Bolt

• Tightening specifications - item 12 - => [ (Item 12) Bolt ] Ribbed Belt Drive Overview

5 Right Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt

• Pay attention to the installed position

6 Sealing Flange (belt pulley side)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side ] Service and Repair

7 Double Bolt

• 9 Nm

8 Nut

• Tightening specifications - item 2 - => [ (Item 2) Nut ] Coolant Pipes Overview

9 Upper Coolant Pipe

10 O-ring

• Replace

11 Alignment Pins

• 2 pieces

12 O-rings

• Replace

13 Sealing Piece

• 2 pieces

• Replace

14 Seal

• Replace

15 Oil Pressure Switch (F22)

Ribbed Belt Pulley Side Sealing Flange - Tightening Specifications and Sequence





- Tighten the pulley side sealing flange bolts - arrow - in a diagonal sequence and in steps to 9 Nm.
