1 Countersunk bolt - 33 Nm
2 Flange shaft
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Left Flange Shaft Seal ] Left Flange Shaft Seal
3 Securing ring
• For the sealing cap => [ (Item 4) Sealing cap ]
• Installed (running change) approximately from transmission build date 21 01 8
4 Sealing cap
• Secured (running change) with securing ring approximately from transmission build date 21 01 8
5 Securing ring
• For grooved ball bearing/input shaft
6 Back-Up Light Switch (F4) - 20 Nm
7 Oil seal
• Replace
8 Bolt for oil drain bore
• Observe different versions
• Internal hex bolt - 30 Nm
• Internal multi-point bolt - 45 Nm
9 Oil seal
• Replace
10 Locking bolt for selector shaft - 30 Nm
11 Bolt - 15 Nm plus an additional 90° (1/4 turn)
• With permanent washer
• Replace
• Allocation of bolts as replacement parts, refer to => [ Allocation of bolts as replacement parts ]
12 Bolt - 15 Nm plus an additional 90° (1/4 turn)
• Without washer
• Replace

13 Selector Mechanism
• Disassembling and assembling, refer to => [ Transmission Side Shift Mechanism Assembly Overview ] Transmission Side Shift Mechanism Assembly Overview
• Removing with transmission installed:
- Remove battery and battery carrier
- Remove cables and transmission shift lever
- Remove locking bolt, remove selector mechanism
14 Bolt, 20 Nm
• Replace
15 O-ring
• Replace
16 Clutch housing
17 Transmission housing
