Panoramic Glass Roof Main Seal Replacement

1. Remove the moving glass panel Service and Repair.

2. Trace the outline (A) of the main seal (B).






3. Loosen the screws securing the deflector catcher Panoramic Glass Roof Deflector Catcher Replacement.

4. Remove the main seal (A) from the housing (B).






5. Scrape off the remaining double-sided adhesive tape from the housing, then clean the housing bonding surface with a sponge dampened with isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, do not allow oil, grease, and water to contact the clean surface.

6. Apply body primer to the area of the housing (A) where the new main seal (B) will be attached. Attach the seal with the double-sided adhesive tape (C) to the housing as shown, then push on the adhesive area to make adhesive stick securely.






7. Tighten the screws securing the deflector catcher Panoramic Glass Roof Deflector Catcher Replacement.

8. Reinstall the moving glass panel Service and Repair.
