Removal

Perform battery disconnecting and connecting. Battery, Disconnecting





Remove side panel front seat Refer to: Side panel front seat Side Panel Front Seat

Remove quick-coupling belt Refer to: Safety Belt Anchor Quick Release Service and Repair





Caution! The number of connectors, cables and cable ties may vary depending on the vehicle specification.

Torque: Front seat to body, 40 Nm




Torque: Front seat to body, 40 Nm





Note! This step requires the aid of another technician.





Caution! Make sure that the wiring harness does not catch.





Note! Extra cable length must be secured using cable ties.





Caution! Make sure to reach all end positions.

Caution! Make sure that the wiring harness is not stretched.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
