Deactivation procedure
To deactivate Volvo On Call at the request of the customer, switch off the internal SIM card for the Volvo On Call subscription.
Access the Volvo On Call database. The following web addresses apply:
- For Great Britain https://scp.wirelesscar.net/voc.
- For other countries http://www.wirelesscar.net/voc
The password is issued by the local IT administrator.
