Removal

Fill in the diagnostics check-list form

Remove the following items:
- Engine support insulator left Refer to: Engine support insulator left, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Engine Support Insulator Left
- Driveshaft left Refer to: Driveshaft left, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Driveshaft Left
- Drive shaft right Refer to: Drive shaft right, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Drive Shaft Right
- Front subframe Refer to: Front subframe, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Service and Repair

Remove the starter motor Refer to: Starter motor, B5254T5 Service and Repair
















Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Disconnect thermostat gearbox oil Refer to: Transmission Fluid Thermostat, B5254T5, TF-80SC Transmission Fluid Thermostat




Torque: Torque converter to flexplate (screw), 60 Nm









Note! Note the different lengths of the bolts.

Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill with oil Refer to: Transmission oil level - checking, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B5254T5, TF-80SC Checking Oil Level
