Removal

Remove the pipes and hoses from the expansion valve. Refer to: Thermostatic Expansion Valve to Connector Block Line, B6304T4, B5254T5 Thermostatic Expansion Valve to Connector Block Line





Torque: Refrigerant pipe to expansion valve , 4.5 Nm

Installation

Change and lubricate the O-rings with compressor oil.

To install, reverse the removal procedure
