Removal

Vehicles with Antenna Unit installed

Remove the B-pillar trim panel Refer to: B-pillar trim panel B-Pillar Trim Panel

Remove the C-pillar trim panel Refer to: C-pillar trim panel C-Pillar Trim Panel

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Caution! Take extra care not to crease the headliner.

All vehicles

Caution! Make sure that the surface is clean and free of foreign material before taping around the component. Tape around the component to avoid paint damage.

Caution! Make sure to pull with equal force from both ends of the wire.

Installation

Remove adhesive tape to antenna cover, navigation system (GPS) Refer to: Tape antenna cover navigation system (GPS) Tape Antenna Cover Navigation System (GPS)

Follow the instructions regarding components with double-sided adhesive tape Refer to: Components with double-sided tape Removal and Replacement

Caution! Make sure that equal force is applied to the underside of the body panel.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
