Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove clutch plate and pressure plate Refer to: Clutch disc and pressure plate, B5254T7, M66 Service and Repair




Torque: M7, 17 Nm





Installation





Caution! Make sure that the flywheel is in full contact with the crankshaft flange before installing the flywheel bolts.

Note! Make sure that the locating pin on the crankshaft is aligned with the guide hole in the flywheel or flexplate.

Torque: Flywheel Stage 1: 45 Nm Stage 2: 65 degree




Torque: Flywheel Stage 1: 45 Nm Stage 2: 65 degree

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
