Steering wheel

Preparatory work

Remove the driver's airbag module. See: Driver's airbag Driver's Airbag.

Removing the steering wheel




Secure the contact reel using the 1 screw (2).




Remove the screw for the steering wheel - steering column (2), 1 pc.
Pull the steering wheel straight back.

Installing the steering wheel


Note! For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque [1][2]Specifications.

Install:
- the steering wheel
- the screw for the steering wheel - steering column. Use a new screw. Tighten according to: Tightening torque [1][2]Specifications.
Remove the screw that locks the contact reel. Reinstall it in the hole in the bottom right-hand side of the steering wheel.

Finishing

Install the driver's airbag module. See: Driver's airbag Driver's Airbag.
