Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the following items:
- the auxiliaries belt Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner, B5254T7 Service and Repair
- Engine support insulator, right Refer to: Engine support insulator, right, B5254T7 Engine Support Insulator, Right




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




999 5433 COUNTERHOLD 999 5433 Counterhold




1. Torque: Center nut vibration damper (crankshaft), 180 Nm

2. Torque: Oscillation damper, flange screw Stage 1: 25 Nm Stage 2: 60 degree




















Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Note! The component can be reused unless it has been subjected to abnormal mechanical stress, damage or oil contamination.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
