Remove battery Refer to: Battery Removal and Replacement

Remove reservoir fluid power steering Refer to: Reservoir fluid power steering, B6304T4, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC, B6324S4, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair












Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Remove the following items:
1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. Torque: M8, 24 Nm








Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Remove the following items:
1. Torque: Pressure line to power steering pump, 30 Nm

2. Torque: M8, 24 Nm

3. Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.





Note! Make sure that a new component is installed.

Perform power steering system, bleeding air Refer to: Power steering system, bleeding Service and Repair
