Remove the following items:
- Cover bumper front Refer to: Cover bumper front Service and Repair Cover bumper front Service and Repair
- engine cooling fan (FC) Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC), B6324S5 Service and Repair Engine cooling fan (FC), B6304T4 Service and Repair

Perform cooling system draining, charging and bleeding Refer to: Cooling system - draining, charging and bleeding, B6304T4, B6324S5, B6324S4 Service and Repair





Warning! Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Remove right headlight Refer to: Headlamps Headlamps




Torque: M5, 5 Nm

Torque: M8, 24 Nm





Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
