Remove the oil pan. Service and Repair








Pull out the locking pin

Installation

Caution! Make sure that new components are installed.




The oil pump is coated with a layer of plastic (1) to ensure the right clearance during installation. It is therefore very important that a new component is always used and that the positioning pin (2) is not removed until all screws have been tightened.





Install the following items:
1. Press in the pin
2. Press the oil pump towards the crankshaft pulley
3. Torque: M7, 17 Nm
4. Torque: M6, 10 Nm.




Torque: M7, 17 Nm

Remove the locating pin.

Install the oil pan. Service and Repair
