Removal

Remove the following items:
- oil filter Refer to: Oil filter, B8444S Service and Repair
- Level sensor engine oil Refer to: Level sensor engine oil, B8444S Service and Repair
- Exhaust manifold, left-hand Refer to: Exhaust manifold, left-hand, B8444S Exhaust Manifold, Left-Hand
- exhaust manifold right Refer to: Exhaust manifold, right-hand, B8444S Exhaust Manifold, Right-Hand
- Drive shaft right Refer to: Drive shaft right, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC AWD Drive Shaft Right Drive shaft right, B6324S, TF-80SC Drive Shaft Right

Installation

Caution! Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Caution! Take extra care not to damage the mating faces.

Note! Minimum 1 mm bead thickness.

Note! The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.

Use: Liquid gasket, 30757050

1. Torque: M8, 24 Nm

2. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the following items:
- oil filter Refer to: Oil filter, B8444S Service and Repair
- Level sensor engine oil Refer to: Level sensor engine oil, B8444S Service and Repair
- Exhaust manifold, left-hand Refer to: Exhaust manifold, left-hand, B8444S Exhaust Manifold, Left-Hand
- exhaust manifold right Refer to: Exhaust manifold, right-hand, B8444S Exhaust Manifold, Right-Hand
- Drive shaft right Refer to: Drive shaft right, B8444S, TF-80SC AWD, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD, B6324S, TF-80SC AWD Drive Shaft Right Drive shaft right, B6324S, TF-80SC Drive Shaft Right
